Join us in Celebrating the Citrus Season with a Spring Inspired Cooking Class & Demonstration at the Farm with Cookbook Author and Private Chef, Robin Goldstein.

WHEN: Saturday, April 17th, 1:30-4:00pm.

WHAT: Chef Robin will teach us how to make a unique pantry essential, inspired by local citrus, and 3 incredible recipes from her new cookbook, A Taste of Ojai II - Flavors of the Valley. The class will include time spent reviewing the recipes, an overview of the preparations + techniques and plenty of time for tasting!

ON THE MENU:

  • Citrus Crab Salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette

  • Olive, Fig, and Tangerine Chicken

  • Citrus-Almond Olive Oil Cake

  • Take Home: Citrus Salt Blend
